Lap 463 -- Jeremy Mayfield to the pits with engine trouble.
Lap 454 -- Green flag: Jimmie Johnson leads, with lapped-down cars all around.
Lap 450 -- Pit stops: Some lead-lap cars are pitting, including Brian Vickers and Carl Edwards.
Lap 448 -- Caution: Stanton Barrett has problems and is stopped on track.
Lap 432 -- Green flag: Jimmie Johnson leads.
Lap 427 -- Pit stops: Jimmie Johnson wins the battle off of pit road. Newman was penalized by NASCAR for one lap for trying to bring out a cuation on purpose.
Lap 425 -- Caution: Ryan Newman has a tire problem and stopped in Turn 4. Newman would have been the free pass.
Lap 402 -- Leader Jimmie Johnson is .75 seconds ahead of second-place Tony Stewart.
Lap 378 -- Lead change: Jimmie Johnson passes Tony Stewart for the lead.

Lap 226 -- Caution: Kurt Busch makes contact with Jeff Burton and sends the No. 31 Chevy into the wall.Carl Edwards is the Lucky Dog.
Lap 220 -- Casey Mears to pit road with rear-end problems.
Lap 202 -- Kyle Petty is behind the wall with rear end problems.
Lap 197 -- Greg Biffle is back on track.

Lap 182 -- Lead change: J.J. Yeley passes Sterling Marlin for the lead, but Tony Stewart quickly gets by Yeley for the top spot.

Lap 173 -- Pit stops: Leaders in for tires and adjustments. Jimmie Johnson wins the race off of pit road. Former leader Tony Stewart is second.
Lap 172 -- Caution: Mark Martin is spun after contact with Casey Mears. Martin's damage car drives off.
Lap 169 -- Scott Wimmer to pit road with a tire problem
Lap 165 -- Ken Schrader to pit road with high oil temperature
Lap 155 -- Stewart's lead is nearly 2 seconds, an eternity on a short track.
Lap 139 -- Green Flag: Tony Stewart continues to lead with 27 cars on the lead lap.
Lap 136 -- Some lead-lap cars pit, including Kurt Busch, pit.
Lap 134 -- Caution: Ken Schrader makes contact with the lap-down car of David Stremme and sends Stremme into the wall. Stremme drives away. Dale Jarrett is the Lucky Dog.
Lap 129 -- Kyle Busch's charge continues, he's up to fourth.
Lap 118 -- Green flag: Tony Stewart continues to lead.
Lap 109 -- Caution: Greg Biffle makes contact with Jeff Burton and hits the wall off of Turn 2. He drives off, but says "we're done for the day." Crew chief Doug Richert disagrees.
Lap 96 -- Green flag: Tony Stewart leads
Lap 94 -- Penalty: Jeff Gordon sent to the end of the longest line for pitting too soon, among other penalties. He'll restart 24th.
Lap 92 -- Pit stops: Tony Stewart wins the race off of pit road. Jimmie Johnson is second and Kasey Kahne third.
Lap 90 -- Caution: Jeff Gordon has a tire down. The ensuing debris brings out the caution.
Lap 88 -- Mark Martin is now a lap down
Lap 78 -- Kasey Kahne, now second, is gaining quickly on leader Tony Stewart.
Lap 67 -- Kyle Busch, who started 17th, is now seventh.
Lap 59 -- Now only 34 cars on lead lap as leader Tony Stewart continues to drive away.
Lap 56 -- Polesitter Jimmie Johnson gets passed for third by Kasey Kahne.
Lap 50: Leader Tony Stewart is now catching lapped cars. Mike Garvey heads to pit road as does Stanton Barrett.
Lap 38 -- Kyle Busch may have a hot dog wrapper on his grill. His crew is telling him to check water temperature on the No. 5 Chevy, which has gone from 17th to 10th.
Lap 34 -- New leader: Tony Stewart passes Jamie McMurray for the top spot.
Lap 28 -- New leader: Jamie McMurray passes Jimmie Johnson for the lead as Tony Stewart moves to second.
Lap 25 -- Tony Stewart passes Ryan Newman for third
Lap 22 -- Green flag: Jimmie Johnson leads
Lap 19 -- Martin Truex Jr. gets a valance adjustment while Travis Kvapil goes behind the wall.
Lap 14 -- Caution: Travis Kvapil spins in Turn 2. Heavy damage.
Lap 10 -- Green flag: Jimmie Johnson leads.
Lap 8 -- Robby Gordon's car is smoking badly on pit road. Dale Earnhardt Jr. gets a penalty for too fast exiting. Gordon and Chad Chaffin head to the garage.

1:43 p.m. -- Carl Edwards is shown on the set of 24.By the way, the episode airs tomorrow night on FOX. What a coincidence.
1:39 p.m. -- Both DW and Jeff Hammond say Gordon's fine was wrong.
1:32 p.m. -- Jeff Gordon said if he had it to do again, he would have pushed Matt Kenseth again. "I'm as human as everyone else," he said.
1:30 p.m. -- FOX is on the air. Hey, remember when it snowed at Bristol? Those crazy Tennessee mountains!
1:10 p.m. ET -- The weather looks great at Martinsville. No running to halfway today!
