let's see... we are getting there....scott whimmer got a DUI .... kurt bush got the driving while being stupid... bill france jr.... what ever he got... and didn't richard petty get a vehicular assault charge a few years ago?.....now truex... peeing in public while drunk.... and then there is ____ grubb that cannot drive nascar anymore because his drugs were too important to him... nascar is getting there....
