well fourwheeling, the only problem I see with what ya said is that factory jobs are going away, the next generation may not have the option to work in a factory for their whole life.. unless ya wanna live in china, india, sri lanka or some where like that.. and they are forecasting that we may run out of oil in about 40 yrs.. that will certainly change how economic growth affects industry.. just more to think about.. even jobs where you ask if you want fries with that will be tough to get, if people don't have jobs they won't have money for fast food either.. highly suggest getting a technical or medical background.... good luck!
