Does anyone else think this is likely because Childress doesn't completely trust Mears to get a car that's outside the Top 35 in and keep it inside? When Clint has obviously proven that he can and will keep it not only in the Top 35 but in the top 15 at that. Just a thought...

hmm like an echo from within...lol yeah kinda what I thought, but there are other factors that may weigh in as well... In his current sponsorship with Kelloggs there may be a clause about future sponsors being cereal sponsors? Might be more that so simple as to say he sucks so bad we don't have faith in his abilities to make the race in our stuff.. but then again... RCR is not well known for getting the pole... is this team all new or is clints team making a lateral move with him?

The Jack Daniels has always been a partial season/regional sponsorship thats why we see a couple other sponsors on the 07 car during the season, the new "Cereal" sponsorship is a Full Season deal which is why RCR is pairing it with the Better driver and crew and Trusting Them to Put It In The Show!!!

What I,m hearing is that the majority of the current 07 crew and cars will be going to the 33 team for next year. The 07 Jack Daniels car will actually be more of the "new" fourth team with some veterans/key members coming from ALL 3 of the other teams.
