type size: + -Kyle Busch survived a late-race green-flag pit stop, regained his lead and pulled away to win the San Bernardino County 200 Truck Series race at Auto Club Speedway on Saturday.

Busch set the pace early and often, appearing to have the dominant truck and leading 51 of 100 laps. But just past the halfway point it was Todd Bodine who motored past him down the backstretch.

Bodine set the pace for much of the race's second half as Busch held second. Yet a green-flag pit stop loomed.

A bevy of strategies dotted pit road, as the lead swapped hands nearly every lap while the stops unfolded. But after the orchestrated chaos, it was Busch who emerged out front with a 3.5-second lead.

Bodine closed the gap slightly but settled for second, followed by Johnny Benson, Terry Cook and Ron Hornaday.
