Hey NASCAR fans!

My name is Joe Black and I am a NASCAR fan. And I’m not afraid to admit it either!

It’s the best sport around. Better than football, better than baseball. I always get a kick when them two strike for more money or whatever. Somebody said it the best, in NASCAR, if you want more money, RACE harder. Anyway, back to me..

I’m a huge NASCAR fan, I pretty much like all the drivers except a few, like the Busch brothers and yes..Jimmie Johnson. There’s just something about him that rubs me the wrong way. Maybe it’s his cocky attitude. And the fact that he can’t do no wrong.
He needs to have alittle sit down with Dale Jarrett. He was there once upon a time.
By the way, I use to hate Jarrett until UPS came along. Changed his whole attitude around. I mean what cool commercials..huh?

Well I do have my favorites too! Go Dale Jr!! #8 Budweiser Chevy! JuneBug!!
Ok I like Stewart too. (Just recently thou…you know since he came out of anger management)
#24, #29, #31, yea mostly Chevy guys. Ok I like #9 Dodge and #6 and #99 Fords.
But I hate Jack Roush.

I love Poker Too. Online Poker that is. Did you guys see Jeff Gordon win it all on Celebrity Poker last year? That was cool.

I used to collect Diecast cars. I have over 200 1/24 scale cars. Mostly of #3, #8 and #24. My wife likes Gordon. But these days she more for Jr. Whoever she likes…as along as she’s watching. This is the first year I haven’t bought a new car. Well they’re starting to look all the same. And the prices keep going up! Three years ago, my wife and I were selling diecast cars via online. Checkered Flag Racing. We did ok. F#$@*& QVC!!! Oh sorry about that. Anyway, we sold everything we had and moved from Florida up to Chicago. (where my wife was from) It hasn’t been that bad. It’s no Florida, but not to bad. So it’s even harder to pay full price when you’re used to paying wholesale prices .

You guys like Fantasy Racin’? I do. I probably play in 3 or 4 a year. I run the office pool every year going on five years now. I win about 75% of the time in the office. They all hate me! But they keep playing, hoping to beat me one day. As a matter of fact, I just took first place in the office pool. Got like Michigan! We all play on ESPN’s online game. It’s just easier that way.

Is there a game here? Is it too late to join??

You really sound like a passionate fan, I like that....

I am the biggest Jr fan I know...I don't like Jeff Gordon....
I root for alot of drivers, (if Jr is haveing a bad day)...Tony, Kasey Kane, Carl Edwards, But I miss Dale Sr, He was and still is THE MAN!!!

Yeah QVC hurt diecast sellers pretty bad from what I understand...

Florida gets old after awhile, i'm sure you';ll be happier in the long run where you are

Re who ya like and don't well while not a big june bug fan i give you credit for rooting for the 9 car!!

Used to play alot of texas holdem don't have too much time for that these days though.

As for pools and fantasy we'll be implementing our own fantasy racing here and it will be very cool.. and we've been consdiering a pool but it's a fine line you have to walk...

It seams that I was mistaken, I checked back on eBay to see if it was you I bought at least one of my die-casts from. No It wasn't from you! One of them was purchased from southeastauctions, that was the one I thought was you. Did you have the 1/24 of my beloved #12?

Man, I never should have gone back on eBay!! While I was there I saw some really cool things I want! For about 6 weeks there in the late winter/early spring, MrsMopar was getting about a package a day at her PO Box! Had to swear off the eBay for MrsMopar had become quite the eBay addict! ~LOL~

For sure I remember the name Checkered Flag Racing, because I thought it was a cool name! I probably did bid on something with you!!!
