Jimmie finishes 39th and in my mind is done with any chances to win the Nextel Cup Championship

not necessarily.....it is believed that a driver can have one "mulligan", or bad race....since every one of the chase contenders will go through a bad weekend during this thing. now if he has another one, then there will be more validity to ur statement.

If this was the 1950's, Jeff Gordon would be Pat Boone and Dale Jr. would be Elvis....both were great singers, but we know who had the most fans.

Sometimes that can happen but we saw last year that it was very difficult to come from that far behind. Kurt Busch had a bad first race and his season ended bad. A bad race effects a racer in the mind and they think about it everyday of there life and will not think into the future. Jimmie could come back, but in the mind of most, probolly not going to happen

every driver has one race they can screw up on... hopefully the next one is harvick

you know what.. good idea.. i will never argue with you about Harvick again.... but not for the same reasons you think.. you take an arguement and change it in to calling my driver gay and a fag... that makes me laugh.. you have nothing better to say than to call my driver a fag... then i have absolutely NO reason to argue with you because you bring in unrelated stuff.. end of story.. i'll never argue with you again.. but not because "harvick is god"
