Is it just me or has NASCAR gotten really boring since the advent of the National Assciation of Same Car Auto Racing. Bristol used to be one of my favorites but it was soooooo boring I flipped through the channels looking for something interesting to watch. The cars look really stupid as they "crab" through the corners because the design is so poor that's the only way the crew chiefs could get them to turn. I know you "die hards" (and I was one myself for many, many years until this season) will make all kinds of excuses but answer one question honestly Do you really think NASCAR as a whole is getting better? I'm not talking about safety, I'm talking about racing.

hmmmm, I dont think it can really get better. Maybe it can get worse, but i dont see how it can get better unless they do some changing with schedules. The races like cali...mich...chic...have always been boring, but i will always watch nascar for the plate races...short tracks...road courses. If ur talking about the last bristol race then u musta been watching a race from like 1990. This last bristol race was very exciting. With the edwards/busch thing, with the mears wreck taking out kahne, i dont see how u thought it was boring. What didnt u like about it? I thought the whole race was interesting and exciting.

Not enough side by side racing this year. Goodyear is working on a bigger wheel/tire combination. Hopefully it will get better?

The only thing I dont like, which has been the same for many many years...is when 1 car dominates a race. Leading like 235 of 250 laps. That is why i like daytona and talledaga...everyone is a condender there.

The JACK CREW!!!

There have been a lot of boring races this year but the good ones have been really good it's like everything else in life...you have to take the good with the bad. Unfort. the new car has created an advantage for whomevers in the lead and has clean air which is why I think there have been so many tracks that have allowed 1 car domination but hopefully they are working on it. Most of the excitement for some tracks has been off the track with sillyseason and such.
