... how's Erin Crocker's week going to play out at Bristol?

The Craftsman Truck Series returns to Bristol this week and it should be very interesting to see how the media handles Erin Crocker in light of the allegations made in the Mayfield/Evernham court documents that were released earlier last week. Perhaps even more interesting may be how Crocker handles the media.

Is the outing of the "personal relationship" between Evernham and Crocker going to doom her entire racing career, raising doubts about her validity as a NASCAR driver in a high-profile team? Or will the "relationship" actually make Crocker more famous in the eyes of a gossip-hungry public?

One thing's for sure. Crocker will be a popular topic for the media come Wednesday at the Tennessee bullring.

OH WV-K, my friend, I could not agree with you more!!! This is really not going to do the effort to put a woman driver into the Nascar Cup series any good at all!! It is way more that Dumb, it is pure Lunacy!!!! Makes you wonder, what were they thinking....................

Ms. Erinham'll probably say what Ray did in an interview I saw "my personal life has no bearing on my race team, etc etc". It was enough of a distraction for everyone though. But then I saw an interview w/Kahne and he said something like he was glad everything will get back to normal now. I'm definitely gonna watch the truck race on Wed!

Oh, and I think Mr. Erinham was thinking with his other brain, lol.
