Go back into the vbPlaza store where you bought the color and select the color option again and when you do it should ask " Do you really want to remove Colored User Title?" just click the remove button and will remove it.
You need to use the color numbers at the shoutbox to get the color you want. We all had to learn this by one of our members purchasing it 2-3 times and getting nothing. Then when she put in the color numbers it worked!
