Only a newbie, not much NASCAR going on over here but we did host a round of the world rally championship in November 2007 which was brilliant. Can't post links yet but a search of rally Ireland on motorsportmad.com will show you what I mean. I had the great experience of being a co driver for a course car on the event.. awesome
Now us Nascar fans can see how you Irish race! Cool!

That's the one.. have a look at some of the videos and the commitment on the small Irish Roads at 140MPH+ .. Amazing!
Thanks again Irish, I have really been enjoying watching the race clips. I especially love the ones from the in car cameras, you get a better sense of just how fast they are going! I can see why they have a co driver telling the driver what is coming up ahead of them on the road. Those are some tight little roads that they race on. At those speeds, in the rain and at night, it truly takes the racing t to a whole new level! Awesome racing!!

Glad to see you all like the Rallying.. it's a great buzz to. Anyhow back to the Nascar. I see there is a new Dale Earhardt Sr movie out, Dale- The Movie. looks great. Unfortunately it wont be released this side of the pond
I found a couple of trailers here and it looks fantastic ( again, can't post links yet ..maybe someone might do the honours?)
they aired it on CMT here and it has been released in a 5 dvd comemorative tin ... only available at walmart though... might be on e-bay or check walmart.com. dunno if they ship overseas, cannot image they wouldn't. good movie and the additional discs have tons of cool stuff on them.
It's a pretty good movie and is out on DVD, like bigE said maybe you can find someone who will ship
overseas, it would be well worth if IMO!
You will find in that thread that they have a 5 or 6 pack in the collection for about $20.00. Even with the cost of overseas shipping, it would still be a bargain!
