i see a few options for Dale Jr., and mark this thread, cause one of them will come true....
option A: Jr goes to RCR to feild the much anticipated return of the famed #3 chevy.....Richard puts Budweiser on as primary sponsor, the car still has a red nose but majority of the paint job is black to pay tribute to the man Jr replaces.
option B: RCR 2nd option is Richard sets things up with a #33 Bud Chevy, giving Jr a medium to create the stand alone image he's been after, yet still being able to have a #3 on his car, albeit two 3's, lol. This option would also lend to the possible removal of the 2nd 3 down the road for Jr. to make things right in the world of NASCAR.
option C: with JJ Yeley not performing up to par, Gibbs either packs up JJ's hair gel and puts him on his way, or moves him to another #....giving Jr. the #18 chevy, they re-stylize the 18 to resemble the #8 that Jr has made famous, and Bud replaces Interstate on the side of this rig, a big plus for this senario is that the 18 has owner points from this year that will most likely be above 35th spot, insuring Little E a starting spot in the first 5 races of 2008, a benefit that both A and B are missing.
option D: Jr Motorsports expands to a Cup program....Budweiser again comes along in this 4th and final senario....they field the #81 chevy, the 81 is stylized to look like the famous #8, and Jr receives backing and tech support from one of the top tier chevy organizations, i.e. Hendrick, RCR, Gibbs.

i am 99% sure Bud will be on Jr's car....they have a clause built in to the contract at DEI, so there isnt a problem with them leaving to follow Jr, and Jr is their golden boy, they wont let anyone else take him from them

Mooresville, NC (AHN)-The latest rumor to swirl around in the Dale Earnhardt Jr. free agency saga has put some pressure on a credit card company.
On Wednesday, VISA was linked as a full-time sponsor of Dale Earnhardt Jr. for next year. VISA quickly reacted and said that the information was indeed false.
"We haven't even had conversations," said Visa spokesperson J.J. Carter.
Earnhardt Jr. has not officially signed with another team yet for 2008, after deciding to leave Dale Earnhardt Incorporated at the end of 2007. His free agency has been a hot topic in the NASCAR scene.
Bobby Ginn and Joe Gibbs are among the two biggest Chevrolet organization's after him. Junior has stated that he only want to drive a Chevrolet. Junior's decision of where to drive for 2008 comes within a few weeks.
