I almost bought NASCAR 08 the other day. Then I realized it's a one player game. Lost all interest.

Not the new one. NASCAR 08 is one player. Only way to play against others is to do it online. I guess the new target audience is guys who don't have friends to come over and drink beer and get rowdy while they play.

thats pointless I don't have online for NASCAR 07 for Xbox so the only time i can play anyone is my brother in 2 player WHY WHY WHY do we continue to let EA Sports make really really really bad games

Wow, I just realized that the #27 race is on my birthday. I'm hoping that Tony can win the race and that would be a nice present

i have Nascar 08 for xbox 360

my gamer tag is RimRider88

"rim rider" refers to what Darrell Waltrip calls it when Dale Jr runs the very top of the race track, inches from the wall, he calls it "rim riding," so thats where RimRider comes from, and the "88" is obvious

If this was the 1950's, Jeff Gordon would be Pat Boone and Dale Jr. would be Elvis....both were great singers, but we know who had the most fans.

IMO theres a lot of potential in racing games. there should be nostalgic tracks and drivers. only having Dale Earnhardt and Richard Petty isnt good enough.
