I'm just a regular guy that has always had a passion for food. I like Spice and all things hot. I'll give you the answer and tell you that I have been judged in 2005 to have the best "hot" BBQ Sauce" in the country. over 640 entries,4 different countries and came out on top. I nver thought it would happen but it did. So thats what it was all about. I would consider it a privaledge to send you some as a gift for having such a cool site for me to hang out in.
