For the past 6 years I`ve been on the Saturday morning bowling league, I`ve earned a ton of trophies and 2 medals for the highest average, after last season (2 months ago) I was thinking about hanging up the boots and being done for good because I began to struggle again, then one night, I was laying in bed, and I thought about the two tournaments I went to, one of them I went to state, the other I made to the second round, and now I`m thinking about doing one more season. What do you think i should do? One more year or hang up the equipment?

Dude-
Don't quit something you enjoy, just cause you are not good at it anymore, unless you don't enjoy it anymore!!!! It's good exercise, a wonderful stress reliever, and don't forget the social aspect!!!
But heh, I would ask myself, "does it interfere with watching the races?" Naw, I'm just kidding!!!
Well........ I must want to because I said I didn`t want to then the next day I brought my bowling equipment out. I`m going to be practicing very soon. I`ll let everyone know how I do.

Man if you're good at something go with it!! Very rare in this world to excel so well at something. If you are this good you'll only get better over time, making you one of the best! Keep it up!~

Here is what I think. Baseball ,Golf,Racing and any other Sport where one person is in the spotlight is always looking for a hero. Golf has had greats in the past but never someone that wins it all,all the time. Same in baseball etc. What I'm getting at is in your hayday whoever was #2 and # 3 etc was looking at you as the one to beat because you were always such a dominant force. Could it be that you are not the hero of the moment? That you now have your sights set on the #1 person? I hope so. The competition is what makes the victory even sweeter. Have fun in whatever you decide. Once you are a champion it can NEVER be taken away. Contribute, mentor and enjoy. -CHEF-

I am so glad that you did not give up! Any time that you think about something the way you did, it is for sure that you are not done with if yet! You would not feel very good in a couple of years if you had to wonder "what if...." Keep up the good work and please let us know how you are doing!!!

OK chef matt, I googled it and I found: Chef Matt's Hand Crafted Arizona Honey Habanero BBQ Sauces. So am I right? DO I win? Oh my, that would be so cool, because I never win anything!!
