Send the illegals HOME!

Stop giving them fee health care!
It's BS that a Pregnant Mexican Woman can jump the boarder...have the baby here in the US for FREE.....then the kid instantly becomes a legal citizen.

Granted many of our ancestors came from other countries but....they came here legally and didn't get 7 years tax free!

Stop depending on foreign oil....un-cap the wells ya capped off in the 70's to buy from the Arabs.
Build more refineries.....search for our own resources!

Bring our Troops home...stop throwing $$$ and risking lives for a war we should never have been in.
-Just think how much fuel we are using daily over there-
Stop worring about other countries problems and throwing $$$ to them....worry about HERE!

(I'm NOT belittling our Troops they are only doing what they are told!)
I'm only saying that we have no biz butting into other countries problems.....our Gov't needs to worry about ours.

But no joke 2 weeks ago I was in the store planning meals depending on the stores deals my budget and coupons when this woman with two kids in tow passes me with 2 carts full of food. Steaks, seafood, cake, icecream ect.....We end up behind each other in checkout and her liitle one asks "mommy how much do we have" her mother replied well, about 250 but my they just incresed them to 300 so we will have plenty. An elderly woman behind me gasped I turned around to see a loaf of bread, 2 cans of tuna, geneeric oatmeal, milk and eggs. She said to me this is about 10 dollars and my food budget for the week....What is wrong with that picture. There are so many things the goverment could be and should be doing. I have to take a random drug test for work make welfare recipiants take one too. How about making them prove (like the elderly that have givin years of work) that they deserve a hand. Limit food stamps to the essentials. Get tougher on dead beat dads (and moms). I just get my panties all knotted up to know that thousands of people go hungry every night. I feel sorry for the new president. He has got his work cut out for him....or her

If you have a cheaper, less harzardous, more viable solition than gasoline, there are many millions waiting to hear it...

Gasoline is incredibly cheap (yes, still) burns very clean compared to most alternatives, and is really not very toxic when you consider just how much of it is being used. The problem is NOT gasoline, or oil for that matter, it is simple the quantity of it being used. Any viable "alternative fuel" that we know of today used in the quantity that oil is used at today would wreak much mroe havoc on this world than oil does..

It's true there are many people out there that as soon as they get some $ then they spend it. I have a couple friends that really waste their $ and build up debt, and their refund will be gone in a week for sure. But there are still many of us smart people that save our $ and pay our bills off. I'm not sure where my $ will go this year but this is the first time my husband and I ever had a car payment so it might go right there. That takes a lot of time off the loan and we're already planning to pay it off a year ahead of time. Keeps you from being stuck in the hole in the future. Though I'd save it anyways (maybe for a vacation, if it were my choice).

You don't understand what I mean!
With all the science we have at least the past 50yrs....there is no reason why something else reasonably priced hasn't been discovered.
Only thing I can think of is oil company controling intrest...kinda similar thing that happened to Tucker back in the late 1940's perhaps?
Just now are they making a attempt at alternate energy sources.
Just now are they working to increase gas milage in vehicles.
All things that shoulda been in the works for the past 10yrs at least.
This country only worries about a solution to something when it becomes a crisis.

Maybe I'm just ranting but it's my observation the past 43 years I've been around.

I totally agree with you. The gas mileage thing just blows my mind! Most 4 and 6 cylinders don't get much better gas mileage than my HEMI !!
And the ethanol business is absolutely not the answer. I work in the Animal Feed Manufaturing business and the ethanol has caused the corn supply and cost to skyrocket. Yes, I do know that supply of good crop also is figured into that, but I only know one person who has a flex fuel vehicle, and the ethanol doesn't save them any money in the long run.
I am right with you on your rant

Dunno about elsewhere but here there are SEVERAL Farmers outta biz.
TONS of vacant Farm Land and corn fields ready for corn.

Oh wait God forbid the Farmers would take away $$$$$$$ from the oil companies growing and making a alternate fuel.
Gezzzz what was I thinking??
