Rule change- lighter car for smaller CID- what year?
I need to know what year the rule change that allowed the drivers to
run lighter cars if they used a smaller C.I D. motor occured...
I rembered an article on Bobby Allison that alluded to the rule change and his
descision to go the lighter/ smaller C.I. direction...
If someone could has that information..GREAT..
I you could tell me the weights and allowable C.I.D.'s with them...both big and
small motors .... that would be super..
