I have gotten a few PMs from members asking me to do something about some of the huge sigs some of our members are using.
Rule of thumb: If your sig is bigger than your normal post size, it is too big. There are many sites on the web where you can resize pics and that is what I am recommending for some of our members. Also if you have to have 4 pics in your sig, resize them then put them side by side not vertically.
It makes the threads harder to read if you have to keep scrolling down past a sig that takes up the whole monitor. I am asking our members to police themselves here. Please do be considerate of others and keep your sigs to a reasonable size.
Like I said your average post should be bigger than your sig. You can also turn off the sig if you want to, it is an option when you reply to each post. That is what I did when I had a bigger sig, that way when I had just a one sentence reply I would not use the sig on that post.
Thank you Nascar Space members for your help and consideration in this matter!

If you have Microsoft Office, you can resize the pic with the Office Picture Manager.

You can also resize them in photobucket and imageshack. Here's a site where you can resize them: http://resizepic.com/
If they come out looking distorted or whatever, I'll resize images for anyone that needs me to.
I am so sorry, chrismtzl! I should have given an addy to you. Here are the two I have used before. One I liked better than the other, but darn if I can remember which one!!
