LOL, you guys! MrsMopar, your granddaughter's learning early! I'm tellin you, you really have to pound on them, they are strong little suckers.
Yes my Sweet Girl is learning early! She has been watching the races with me for 3 years now. In kindergarten she picked Dale Earnhart Jr as her driver, because she liked the #8 and the red car. In 1st grade she added Kasey Kahne because he "looked dreamy".~LOL~ Then 2nd grade she added Denny Hamlin to her racing stable because he looks like a kid she had a crush on. Wouldn't it figure that all 3 of her drivers make the chase and mine didn't!!! So I am well with any of her 3 winning but I am pulling more for Jr because of my other favorite #8 fan, DRIV3R.
So of course, she also has picked up on my dislikes with HMS and the LIAR Casey Mears, and I must say she is so much fun to dislike them with! She is hyped about the whole voodoo car thing! It was the first thing she said this morning when she got up, "Did you order our Voodoo cars?" She also said that she can pound them really hard with a hammer and is looking forward to do just that! She is really bouncing of the walls and says she will go crazy if she doesn't get a car to pound on soon! I do belive I will make her wear safety glasses!
Please PM me about the detail about how you found the cars.
Oh that is sooo cute, "did you order our Voodoo cars", LOL!!! Ha ha ha, you'd better go to Kmart or Walmart and get her a car! I saw some Casey Mears cars a few places!
Smoke that is so funny! It will work! We must hex and voodoo those guys! Remember we wanted the 48 to go in the wall! It happened! VOODOO!!!!!! It's so awesome!
I haven't gotten my 48 and 24 voodoo cars yet! I'm still waiting!
Hey Smoke, I got a #24 car on the way via eBay for only $12.00 including shipping and handling! Not too bad! I kinda sorta feel guilty because in the ad the guy said he was selling off his childhood collection to pay some of his college expenses.
My little Sweet Girl is at her dad's for the weekend, so she doesn't know yet. She will be so happy when I tell her! I was sitting outside today enjoying the beautiful weather, when it dawned on me how we can start the Voodoo off. I'm going to let her go up to the 3rd floor balcony and throw the car down on to the cement patio. It might not cause a lot of damage, but it should scratch up the paint nice!
The #48 is the one giving me problems right now as I can't find one cheap enough just yet, oh, but I will!~LOL~ After all I only started the Voodoo car quest last night.
One more question Smoke, how did you burn the car? I was thinking about putting some lighter fluid on it and letting it flame.

LOL, throwing it off the balcony!!! That should do some damage. Boy, I think we used lighter fluid, I can't remember. The guys at work wanted to try it, so I said, well, why not? I think they poored lighter fluid and set it on fire. I only let it burn a little bit. I had to tell them that that was enough, let's put the fire out now. I think I might try to use just one of those long lighters and see what that does. If I ever get my cars. Where are they, dangit! I Need My Cars!!
Edit: Yeah, those cheap #48 cars are harder to find, but you'll find one. I found mine on a buy-it-now on-line e-bay store. I kept spelling his name with a 'y' instead of 'ie' and I couldn't figure out why there weren't any cars. What guy would spell his name with an 'ie'? A wimp, that's who! Lol!!! A wimp that will hit the wall or have a tire go down! Or maybe blow an engine, parts flyiing out the back of the car everywhere. The 24 gets a big piece stuck in the grill and his car overheats. Bummer, both cars done for the race!
Hahahahah I agree with you on the 'ie' spelling of his name! I have never known to many men who spell their name that way. I think about it every time I type it, what a sissy-la-la way to spell a mans name!
