How can I change the title that's listed under my name when I make a post? Right now is says ROOKIE?

I've seen others have customized theirs.

Right now, I don't see anywhere where you can add a custom title. Maybe the bossman will add this feature at a later date!.
Not sure if a mod or admin can change this for you.

Well you used to be able to change it by cashing in some points, but this is my first time seeing the new web page (I love it!) and I'm not sure if that's still around.
