Okay so my Mom and I were up town one day, driving down Main Street when we saw this Chevy truck parked on the side of the street, it had to be a 2001 or something. It was all tricked out with mud tires, lift kit and an awesome glossy black paint job but as we passed it we saw it had a sticker on the back window that said "Bad A** Bowtie"
I just want to know if anyone knows what the heck it means and why someone would put that on they're truck. The only thing my Mom and I can think of is that he put that on their because the truck is black like bowtie's but otherwise we're stumped.
Just wondering if anyone has a clue about it or seen a sticker like that on other cars before...lol...Thanks!

Rumor has it, that W.C. Durant designed Chevrolet Bowtie around a newspaper ad? It was an advertisement for Southern Compressed Coal Co. product "Coalettes". (small coal)
The suffix ‘---let’ or '--lette' in the dictionary means little or small.
the chevrolet family came from switzerland, moved to france, then canada, ending here in the usa... just saw that on a car show this weekend> possibly the barret jackson coverage where they were auctioning off the presidential limo with jay leno...
