Well I have had some experiences at PIR and my parents have had some at PIR and Homestead. They were at Homestead when Kurt Busch's tire decided to beat him to the exit of pit road!! The tire came off right in front of their seats!! I have only had luck twice with my drivers when I went to PIR!!! Once Reed finished in second for a Busch race and once Kasey finished 6th for a cup race!! All have been memorable!!! Lately though my mom and I have had "powers" if you will to have Kyle Busch crash right in front of us!!! Every time the crowd has cheered!! There was a video on myspace that captured the crowds roar when he crashed in front of us!! http://vids.myspace.com/index.cfm?fu...eoid=804906375
The same day as this, earlier my mom and me experienced a thing called chevy day. It gave us 2 tickets to the race, a hot lap around the track and a driver q & a thing. The tent that housed the q&a was also the tent that was to house the driver meeting later that day and was located in the driver motorcoach lot. Jr.'s coach was right across from it and I caught a glimpse of him. Robby Gordan came in his off road vehicle to take Jr. out in the desert! Also Kenny Wallace came by and signed some autographs!! After the hot lap and the q&a which might I add was very informative about JJ Yeley!! He told us he was kicked out of some of the local indoor kart racing places because of his driving!! But that day I was also on Raceday and Kenny Wallace blew me a kiss because of my sign!!! I was right by the stage and had the lady next to me help get his attention so he would read my sign!! I have been to 6 races since living in AZ!!! That is Busch and Nextel.. More Busch then Nextel!! Also there is a guy that goes to these races that I have only seen twice because we don't sit in the same section any more, but he looks fairly similar to Dale Earnhardt and has had many people walk by and ask for pictures with him!!
Driv3r#8 those are some great pics I,m very impressed , you did a great job!!! Could I ask what camera/lens you were using? photography is a hobby of mine but the digital age took some of the interest out for me ( I,m still shooting 5x9 and 35mm alot ) I,ve recently purchased a Sony DSC-V3 and a couple Zeiss lenses. I,m hoping to have some local short track racin pics up for yall soon!

mrsmopar12 Fan Club Member #1 Intimidator1951-2001 If this was the 1950's, Jeff Gordon would be Pat Boone and Dale Jr. would be Elvis....both were great singers, but we know who had the most fans.
I heard alot of good things about the Canon Rebel while I was shopping for my Sony, beleive it or not my experiance with Sonys original Platstation swayed me to the Sony LOL. I have a original Sony Playstation that still works as well as the day I bought it ( 1990!!! ) I keep it around because some of the games are great STRESS RELEIVERS
