No, The "boob move" award obviously goes to Montoya. He spun a car under caution and wrecked his own car in the process. Almirola may have indeed does his spin intentionally, and he would have won the boob move award had it not been for Montoya, but spinning a car so obviously intentionally (and admitting it on camera) under caution is going to cost that team in some sort of penalty from NASCAR. What Almirola did to Khane happens quite often, what Montoya did was so far over the top that penalties are all but inevitable...

JPM...his was payback. I hate to say it, but I'm not so sure that JPM will get an additional penalty. He was held for 2 laps, and I have a feeling that Nascar is going to leave it at that.
NascarNow stated today that no additional penalty will be handed down. He was docked 2 laps, which cost him 8 or 10 spots in the final race results, but Nascar said they would leave it at that.
For something that blantant, I would have expected a LITTLE more of a penalty... but not much. I'm sure he'll hear about it from his car owner and he's already heard it from Nascar.
Juan Montoya is a jerk though and always really has been. He wrecked so many times last year... although last time I remember him being so stupid was when he almost wrecked Johnson in the 48 last year at Sonoma and Johnson got pretty rough with him later in the race... between that and the "chat" he had on the track with Harvick at Watkins Glenn last year, he calmed down for a while...
Honestly, I don't see JPM lasting long in Nascar. It's not like he's just young an immature, he's been a racer for a while and is just a hot-head and a pretty lousy driver. A year or two at the most and I don't think we'll see him much after that....
