actually earnhardt was involved in several altercations with geoff bodine and rusty wallace after they wrecked him and he couldnt take it. infact, gordon is the only person to wreck him without earnhardt whining. not to mention it is impossible for kyle or anyone else to win 7 titles in only 3 1/2 years of racing. and what do you mean paid his dues. he paid his dues by working up from the short tracks in vegas to get a ride in the truck series with roush which was useless because when became competitive they whined about his age and kicked him out. then he worked his way into a hendrick ride in the busch series running with truex who though won the busch title was known for his car owner and not his talent. kyle worked his way to the cup series. like most rookies he tore up equipment, but won two races (something truex didnt due unti 07). he lost his cup ride to a mediocre driver with a famous name and a year and a half long winless streak. he then got a chance for gibbs and is making the most of it, so please explain to me what i missed about him paying his dues. if you dont like him that is fine, but dont give me these b/s reasons as to why.

Kyle isn't allowed to wreck people like Sr. did because Kyle wrecked Jr. and no one is allowed to harm him at all. He doesn't even have to play by the rules to win if he doesn't want to. How have you not figured this out by now?

O.K I have to comment here. Kyle Busch may be young and brash this year but give him time, he will learn to get a handle on his abrasiveness eventually. The young man does have talent behind the wheel and he will use the resources given to him in the car to make it perform as he wants it to. An example is in Chicago when he told his crew chief " I found something to help me don't make any changes " this coming prior to a pit stop. It was theorized he was turning off fans for the tires to help manage tire pressures. A rather savvy thing to do especially for a young driver.
My question is how much would his talent avail him if he wasn't driving a Toyota?
Another poster stated Toyota "only" has more low end horsepower. Where would that prove to be an advantage? Lets see, only in all four corners, after every pit stop and during every restart after yellow. Kyle Busch didn't beat Jimmy Johnson at Chicagoland the unfair advantage Toyota has did. Get Toyota off the track!
actually the toyotas only have more low end horsepower so they only get an advantage in the corners but chevy's are still fastest on the straights. not to mention if toyota is the difference than why is TONY FREAKIN STEWART winless. Still, everybody has ignored my question which is why was it okay for dale sr. to wreck people but not for kyle busch? I know you hate kyle already but that wasnt the question.
The thing is that you're comparing someone who had a long career which is now over to someone who has really just started. I think that's why someone said Sr. had paid his dues. I was never a Sr. fan but correct me if I'm wrong, I don't think he was the most loved in the sport until later in his career. I'm not a Jr. fan either and there's really not that many cocky Sr./Jr. fans on this forum (at least I wouldn't classify them as that). I'm still waiting for Kyle to remain dominant for years to come before I give him my respect. And I really do wonder why Tony is still winless.

Kyle has been on a hot streak but I often wonder how long it will last...Toyota and him can't keep winning everything forever...just like HMS couldn't.
The kid can drive and he's real lucky that he joined JGR or I think he'd still be the 3rd best driver at HMS.
To me the funny thing is...people always say that Junior fans are cocky and whiners but lately it has been some Kyle fans acting that way.
ATTENION KYLE FANS! Junior may be overrated and get to much media hype but he's not leaving the series anytime soon so get used to it and stop whining about him, his Dad and his fans!
ATTENION ANYONE WHO DOESN"T LIKE KYLE AND JGR AND TOYOTA!
You may hate Toyota, think JGR is cheating and dislike Kyle but none of them are leaving the series anytime soon either so we just have to deal with it!
I'm all for a healthy debate but sometimes it seems like we debate about the same thing over and over again....

toyota asked nascar if they could focus on low end horsepower instead of high end, something that every manufacturer has the oppurtunity to do. and last time i checked Kyle has passed inspection every week, something 2 haas cars, and 1 DEI car couldn't and they are all chevy's. look I was a fan of his when he was at hendrick, not like some of the bandwagon jumpers in here, and I hated toyota, and I still do but i cheer for the driver, not the car and saying he has an advantage, is sissy whining. In case you all forgot it was the NATIONWIDE engines that were changed, not the cup.

true..lol my comment was light hearted. but I do question the skill levels of some of the drivers... think they were just lucky! sure wish they would just set the rules and let the guys work in the gray areas... Kinda like the nationwide situation with the toyotas.. ok so toyota has found something.. instead of letting all the other teams have that... they take it away... this country was founded on our drive and ablility to innovate... if it is a safety issue then take it away... if it is that someone is smart enuf to find a new edge, don't be penalizing... it is racing... we all know IROC racing don't work! umm or it would still be here... some guy has something better? it forces all the other guys to get off their behinds and find out what it is or find something to accomplish the same task! INNOVATION... yeah it sux that some teams get away with it..seemingly all the time.. maybe they just know hot to play the game... politically with the powers that be..only when your guy is doing it.. it is innovation... when it is not your guy it is cheating.. but only if you get caught!
