Not a big fan of team racing, but todays racing is all about $$$$ got to support your team mate to keep the revenue $$ , but when it comes down to the last lap all bets are off as Jeff Gordon proved last year as he was banging on Jimmy to the checkered, also didn't Vickers take some cars out last year on the last lap?
''Team Racing'' is just part of the sport. If we didn't have multiple car teams, we would have ''friends'' that would become ''teams''. If we didn't have multiple car teams, you would see drivers like Jr., Stewart, Waltrip all join together and push each other to the front. In races like Talladega, Daytona, you have to have friends, whether they are paid to be your friend or truly your friend, you have to have them to win. No matter what, somebody has to get a little help at these restrictor plate tracks. It is just good racing. Teams are good for the sport. Bring in lots of money, make lots of fans, which equals good racing. Whether we like it or not, big race teams are the future of NASCAR. They are trying to limit this, as the rule for next year will be a cap on the amount of cars a team can have. Remember, the 4 car rule goes into effect after the end of this season, effectively eliminating one of Jack Roush's cars. Who will it be, probably the 6. AAA has stated this is their last year in Cup, and David Ragan has been the worst of the drivers followed closely by Jamie McMurray. We will see.

I ask again as a fan . Do we have to give up our sport ? we support it .
We pay for it ,all avenues . speak up .
WWF ?
................I.know that sounds over the top ,but it did happen in their sport . They cant come back , too laughable .
Not us ,Please .
WWF is the world wildlife fund... sued for it and won... that is why WWE is the name of world wrestling entertainment... now... lol
is it ok? tough question... is it fair? life ain't fair! genetics ain't fair! however all I can do is quote a line from a clint eastwood movie... adapt and overcome... it is the game... use what ya got and stretch it out and push the limits of the rules and the laws of physics
we always will find stuff to gripe about won't we? even I do it!

I knew that ! Yea thats right I knew it all along .Thats the ticket. I was just testing you.LOL
I,m not really moanin'& groanin', more just ....curious how hardcore fans are adjusting to it.
Once it gets to the point that All fall under a banner of (four is it ? ) then it actually might be more fun . At least at that point it will be easier for new viewers to understand why a certain driver made a move that did not help him individually .
Everything changes . Cant stop that .

I agree. I think if we didn't have multi-car teams, then guys would be teaming up and helping each other out on the track anyway! I think the 4 car limit for each team will be good, but I still enjoy watching guys help each other out and act as sort of "teams" whilst on the track!!
