I don't have time right now to address all of the horrible inaccuracies of your whole post but I'll go ahead and call you out on this one.

Without going into a huge amount of detail, since I don't have a lot of time right now, I can fairly say that you have, absolutely, positively no idea what you're talking about when it comes to Africa. Like.. not even close.

The problems that African nations are currently facing is the result of a million different factors. A LOT of those factors have roots in the problems brought by Europeans, Americans and Indians. Regardless, so many problems have multiple variables that extend beyond your 1 dimensional train of thought.

Oh, and you are not doing shit for Africa, so don't say "we" when you say that "we slave away for them," because you don't deserve that right. If you actually were one of those people helping Africa, then you'd probably be more educated when it comes to the continent.

Furthermore, the first Europeans to come to America would be seen as pretty awful human beings by today's standards.

The Spanish came, and absolutely screwed up Native societies beyond repair, then they stripped everything they could of any and all precious metals (gold and silver) and took that back to Europe and screwed up the economy there.

Then the English that first came to Jamestown in the Virginia company/colony only came because the agricultural society was changing in England, there were less jobs and England suffered from a massive overcrowding problem.

Furthermore, they didn't come with a handful of seeds and flourished. The only reason they Virginia company/colony succeeded is because the English were taught how to smoke and grow tobacco by the Native Americans, something they had been doing for hundreds of years. Without that knowledge gained by the Natives, you could make a very good argument that the United States doesn't exist today.

Why? Because tobacco was pretty much the only thing grown in Virginia for a very long time. Without it, hopes to colonize the new world would have likely been abandoned because it was an absolute train wreck beyond the money they made back in Europe from all the tobacco.

Oh, and you know what? The first English that came to Virginia weren't hard workers. In fact, they were all pretty much lazy second-sons and lower class men that had nothing to lose. Even cases of criminals coming. The Native Americans helped them survive the winters, and helped them grow their tobacco.

and even after all that Toyota hopes all their teams share info. and win a championship this season.Who would have thunk it.

China has a capitalistic economy driven by exportation; with gradually less government involvement in business and trade. Not exactly a classic communist environment. But I really wonder if you even know what a classic communist environment actually is. Or do you just think, "Oh, communists are evil. They hate Americans."

I actually am a historian, and it's not all hear-say. Countless, diaries, memoirs, and official records from that time period show exactly what it was like in Virginia. That picture of early Virginia isn't based off of loose oral histories like you seem to be alluding to.

Some of the early settlers were hardworking, but for the most part, they weren't. A lot of them were 2nd-rate nobels that had no intention at all of working. And don't say I have a hateful mind, you don't even know me.

Actually I do have a very good idea about how people lived back then. I've been studying that for a while.

Well as I can see not much has changed around here FIGHT THE FIGHT Rough Hammer! Nascar used to be a war of the big 3.... back in the days...when the chevy's 427 mystery moter came about in early 60's, then came the DOHC Ford 427's, then in 64 came the Hemi... and it moped some butt, then ford made the ultra areodynamic Ford Talladegas and Cyclones... then the 429 boss.. then mopar aswered with the 69 Dodge Chjarger Daytona, and 1970 Plymouth superbird (I have a frind who has one restored with a 440+6)

By the 80s and 90s it seemed like it was more a DRIVER thing than maker...
by 88 the areo wars was over.... and it was all drivers

No one really cared too much untill toyota showed up, you know why they are in it... to ATTACK the big 3 while they are weak.
it's not about nascar being open and accepting of any maker, it's about how toyota wants the US public to think they are superior, while sneaking in millions to the teams .GM, Ford, and Chrysler can't do this right now.. it is not diversity, its a war of companies, or mostly a war of nations economic wise.. and we can't compete with slave labor, and this does not belong in nascar..

You might want to buy into the fact that good ole American Henry Ford built a company of hard workers from the ground up and he was a great man that pioneered the use of the assembly line in order to make his product better, and that he was just an American hero.

Want to know how Ford really blew up and became a huge, huge company though? It's worse than what I personally hear people claim Toyota does.

In the 1920s when Ford was booming, they had some of the worst possible working conditions. This is how he was able to keep his product so cheap, and how he was able to stay cheaper than his competitors.

1. Workers couldn't leave their station for any reason except during pre approved times.
2. Workers couldn't talk to each other
3. Workers couldn't whistle
4. Workers couldn't complain.
5. By the mid 1920s workers were paid far, far below average for their jobs
6. Workers were fired if they didn't work fast enough. Pace was set very high.
7. Workers were fired around the age of 40-45. This actually caused a rise in the sale of hair dye.
8. The bathrooms were rigged with mics to find any evidence of unionizing. Those suspected of it were fired.
9. Ford employed spies to seek out unionizers and complainers.
10. Workers were overworked and underpaid.
11. Were not given raises in accordance with the rising cost of living in the 1910s and 1920s.

All of these things allowed him to run a business where they were pumping out thousands and thousands of very cheap automobiles for "the common man." Competitors couldn't keep up. Even as he profited, he never rewarded his employees.

On top of that, Henry Ford was a raging anti-Semite. This guy hated Jews so much, that he created a newspaper, and often used that newspaper to write and publish articles about how the Jewish are to blame for all the problems in society.

Hitler even had pictures of Ford in his office and used Ford's writings as inspiration for some of his infamous speeches.

I realize that Henry Ford isn't currently running the company and that things aren't exactly like that now.

But that is exactly how Ford became the household name it is today.
