There's lots of speculation about where Jr's new home will be.


I believe the following are what it will take to sign Jr
.

1) A chevrolet team

2) A successful team that has the needed equipment and personel to win championships.

3) A team that will assign a top 35 ranking to JR for next year by reassigning a current teams standing or buying one from another team.

4) A team that will assist JR motorsports with money, engines and technology and use JR as a minor league farm system for driver and crew development.

5) A team that has multiple cars for tech sharing and research and development during races.

6) A team owner JR trusts

7) A team that will make a huge investment in equipment and personel to put their cars capable of winning every week.

8) A team that has or can get technical support from GM/Chevrolet




I see RCR as being willing and able to provide all of the above and see HMS, JGR and Ginn unable or unwilling to cover all points. Most offers will be huge amounts of money, exactly what JR has said is the least important thing to him.

You said it bigE, I like the way you think, he is a man and that women needs to treat him that way, No matter where he goes I believe his fans will go, I know I will i'm a Bud fan and nothins gonna change that,She shot herself in the foot when she lost him, I cant imagine who she will get to drive for her to make the money Jr has, I know I send alot of money buying Jr stuff I have a room filled with his stuff and shirts up my butt LOL and I probly have every pin of his that has been sold, so If I send that much money on stuff just think what other people are sending that's some BIG bucks if you ask me. Well it's gonna take alot of trust, respect, and someone who's gonna work with him and make him a champion that he should be, because he can become one I do believe that. ( and I wish she would give him the #8 as a going away present ) thats just my wish do wishes really come true? I hope so.

I think RCR is the best place for him to go becasue like you said Beth they can give him what he wants. He said himself that he doesn't want to drive the 3 until it's almost the end of his career so I see him going to RCR and driving a diffrent numberd Bud car but I'm fine with where every he goes really.

I agree, I left that one out. I do believe everyone in NASCAR (except some fans and Teresa) does respect him. I sure have come to respect his ability to say what he feels and tell it like it is. I am quickly becoming a JR fan.

DITTO! BigEfan. After watching Jr's one on one interview with DW last night. I really think that JR has thought long and hard about this decision, and it wasn't an easy one to make. I think he will be as deligent in his search for a new team as well.

9) $ 20,000,000 + to pay his salary.
