Welcome to Nascar Space. Would you please kindly post and introduction in the Introduce Yourself forum? This is a super friendly site and we all like to know our members. Thank you.

As far as the car goes, to me it is nothing real special, I see one just like it everyday. Someone who takes kids to the same school as I do drives one. That and not being a big Jr fan, I'm just not real impressed!

So what do you think about it?

Not special?! I want one of those, well, not with Jr., and not a chevy, but I think driving around in a street legal Stock Car would be pretty neat. lol.

Closest thing is one of my grandmothers who owns a Jeff Gordon Edition Monte Carlo SS (yea MY GRANDMOTHER who is 77 and she doesn't even like NASCAR - psh)

~LOL~ factor! You want one, but not Jr's and not a Chevy. Well I would be more impressed if this baby had more guts myself. It is a "6 CYLINDER 3.8 LITER" engine, and what is so special about that!?! It is not a street legal stock car. I bet the doors even open and it has air conditioning! To me it is just an unusual paint job on a very usual car. Guess it takes more than pretty to impress mrsmopar! ~LOL~

lol there were a few around here... one guy had a ford taurus that was painted to th rusty wallace MGD paint scheme, soo not to be done this other dude painted his monte like dale sr's gm #3 ... and there was another who did a dale jarrett quality care ford paint scheme... and yes they were stock cars(not racers) ... my chevelle wasted them all.... gm did make special monte carlos... one was dale earnhardt , one was Jr's.. they had a blue one that was a gordon and a brown and orange one with tony stewart...

Ohh yes......that would make it a street legal stock car bigE, so I stand corrected. It's just that I was raised up on the big V-8's and got to see the muscle cars have their heyday! So that just isn't enough motor to satisfy me. Kinda like a cupcake, looks real good but has nothing of real substance in it. If it had a race engine in it.......*sighs*.......then it would impress mrsmopar! ~LOL~


P.S. What did the Chevelle sport under the hood?

Agreed. I think this section should be post limited. For example, you must have 25-50 posts in order to post something in this section. Obviously you have people just joining and trying to sell things, a waste of space to be honest. Just giving a suggestion.

started with a stock 307.... but after1...2...rebuilds was replaced with ?????hmmm not tellin' lol
