Checking Up
I'm a fairly new (last season) fan and I watch just about every race. I always here the term "checked up" or "checking up" but have never heard it actually defined. Can anyone kindly share with me what the term means?

checking up refers to braking... only a problem if the guy behind you fails to use his break pedal...lol
