Hay;Mark Ambrose won the Nationwide race in the number 59 STP car.
Anyone know the last time STP was in victory lane? I wonder when the 59 car was last in victory lane ?

as far as car number is concerned...


59 Tom Pistone Richmond, VA 6/21/1959

at least that is from cup data... do not know about busch/nationwide stats..

bobby hamilton won in the STP car, driving for the king... not sure if andretti won in the stp or if it was cheerios...

Hay I went to the STP web site and it looks like the last time STP was in the winners circle was with Bobby Hamilton at Rockingham NC in 1997.
